Shipping Times

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work quickly to resolve any issues.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and protective seals must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that certain items, including opened beauty products and final sale items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process your exchange as quickly as possible. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
