Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order you wish to return and follow the prompts to generate a return label. Pack your items securely and ship using the provided label.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned. Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional products are also non-returnable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
